- Cane sugar to taste
- Rice flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Cottage cheese 750 g
Directions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Use soft cottage cheese in blocks.
Step 3

Add only the egg yolks.
Step 4

In this recipe, I use cane sugar.
Step 5

Add 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of cane sugar, and 2 tablespoons of regular sugar to the bowl.
Step 6

Mix the dough with a spatula until smooth.
Step 7

The dough should be firm, not runny, and smooth. Next, shape the syrniki. You can sprinkle them with rice flour to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.
Step 8

Cover the finished syrniki with a bag and place them in the freezer for at least 10-12 hours. They can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
Step 9

You can take the syrniki out of the freezer in the morning and cook them on a skillet in 15 minutes.
